Weighted crunches?
Where do you put the weight when you do weighted sit-ups/crunches?

And it works fine? I remember trying with a dumbbell behind my neck, and well it was pretty dumb.

Yeah, that's pretty silly if you ask me. Just use regular weights and keep it on the chest area. I don't know where else you could put it to be honest.

When I did decline crunches i would hold 2 25lb plates in each hand and let my arms hang down in the air as I did crunches. Apparently this isnt good for your back lol.

Definitely not good for your back haha. I just a 10 lb weight to add a bit of resistance so my abs aren't disproportional as they might be with let's say a 45 lb weight. Go for reps, not weight.
