Seeking some routine advice
Hey guys i'm new to this forum but have been reading up on some people's routines a bit. I'm looking to add size but am also looking to be ripped as well and am having a hard time figuring out what to do. Lately, I have been doing heavy weights with low reps one week then doing light weight more reps the next.I usually do 2-3 exercises per body group. I am thinking of switching it up to doing 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 and increasing the weight each set for each exercise. I've also been considering the 5by5 method. This is what I do during the week. Any input?
Monday: Legs, Chest, Back, Abs, Cardio
Tuesday:Shoulders, Forearms, Biceps, Abs, Triceps
Wednesday: Legs, Chest, Back, Abs, Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders, Forearms, Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Friday:Shoulders, Forearms, Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
