Angry Why CAN'T I gain weight?!?

Can anyone give me some good ideas to put on some weight? I've been fluctuating between 208-214 for the last couple months. I'm thinking about completely binging for a couple weeks until I put on 10lbs.

So, I completely pigged out from Friday-Sunday. I ate from early in the morning to late at night. I ate at 4 separate buffets and completely gorged myself. Come today, my abs are showing better than all last week and when I stepped on the scale it says I LOST 2 pounds! (From preworkout weight Friday) The only day I didn't lift over the weekend was Sunday.

Keep in mind I rarely do cardio.

try counting your calories?

You're simply not eating enough on a daily basis. If you cheat wildy and sporadically it can reset leptin levels and make you loose weight. You need to up your cals steadily, everyday, and maintain it. Perhaps drop back your lifting to 3/4 really intense, short sessions a week?

But obviously not enough. If they were exceeded your would gain.

you probably weren't eating enough i thought i was staying steady at 2800 it turns out the cheat meal i had every saturday night constipated me by 1-3 lbs and i was losing weight..now i'm at 3200 and barely maintaining. **** macros just count your protein and calories and eat clean
