So, I completely pigged out from Friday-Sunday. I ate from early in the morning to late at night. I ate at 4 separate buffets and completely gorged myself. Come today, my abs are showing better than all last week and when I stepped on the scale it says I LOST 2 pounds! (From preworkout weight Friday) The only day I didn't lift over the weekend was Sunday.
Keep in mind I rarely do cardio.

You're simply not eating enough on a daily basis. If you cheat wildy and sporadically it can reset leptin levels and make you loose weight. You need to up your cals steadily, everyday, and maintain it. Perhaps drop back your lifting to 3/4 really intense, short sessions a week?
