Hey I?m 19 and have been working out about 6 days a week for a year now. I started in college I've tried a lot of supplements muscle techs and bsn's. I have been told I shouldn?t take any NO products so I'm missing out there. I currently am on lipo 6 x syntha 6 and cell mass and I try to keep my diet as good as possible while at college. I lift and do cardio 6 days a week. And I just can't get my belly fat down. I am happy with all other results I?ve gone down 4 pant sizes yet remained same weight I am only 5' 6" so I understand it?s had to get a cut stomach when you?re short. Any suggestions on supplements diet or anything? I have been told drinking is the worst for belly fat so I have never ha a sip of alcohol in my life!! That?s how hard I?m trying and believe me its hard at college.

First of all, great progress and don't go by weight alone. Muscle weight is quality weight and it seems as though you're exchanging fat for muscle.
Alcohol is bad for you especially when you're trying to lose the extra pounds. Alcohol is empty calories and slows metabolism. Being sober in college is very hard, qudos to you.
As far as supplements go, I would stick to a multi vitamin, Whey protein, Creatine monohydrate (not a fan of CEE which is in CellMass). Mono is also a lot cheaper.
Just keep on working hard and you'll see results.Team HALEO

You, like many, seem to be what the supplement industry loves. You seem to have the characteristics of a supplement dependant. First, do NOT trust marketing claims.. especially those of BSN and MT.
NEXT, no matter how much you spend on supplements, you WONT make gains without eating a proper diet. You need to be spot on with what you eat or the $200 a month in supps is pointless. I did this too. I havent bought supps in awhile.. i just stick to basics. My diet is great and go figure, Ive gotten bigger lately than ever.Grand Valley State University Lacrosse
