Caffeine is the most underrated "supplement"
I honestly think that caffeine gives better pumps than NO products (at least for me). There have been many occasions (including today) that I have taken 1 caffeine tab about 15-20 mins before working out and the pumps are insane. Today when I was working out arms they actually were so pumped that they hurt.
Has anyone else had this experience or am I the only one?

The increased pumps you are experiancing are more than likely a result of the new intensity you are able to put into your workouts with the extra caffiene. Yes, it is very underrated and at the price it is... well, it speaks for itsself. Stack it, and remember, it can be addictive.

You are probably right about that...but I did not feel like I had more energy or strength. I was just more focused and had great pumps.
I just ordered some Redline also...if one caffeine tablet does this for me, I wonder what effect Redline will have?!

Problem with caffeine is that your body slowy builds up a tollerance if taken daily. So after a while you'll need to increase the dosage to retain it's advantages.
Might be an idea if you only used it on your weak body part days in order to keep them on par with your more gifted parts.

I was actually thinking about taking it only on days I work with weights (4 days a week). On off days or cardio days I dont really need it.

Another great property of caffeine is it's muscle sparing effects while dieting. All those fat burning pills that claim to spare muscle do so by the addition of caffeine. Nothing special about most of those products. Good old caffeine will do the job just the same. It's really the only fat loss specific supp I take when I diet.

Caffeine and ephedrine are probably the most dirt cheap, cost effective supplements around. I do miss the old Ultimate Orange, though. This was a blend of carbs along with ephedra and guarana and a bit of protein - it kicked ass. Those were the good old days that I took for granted.

I crack up when I read the label of some of those 40 dollar fat burners. They list a bunch of ingredients with fancy names - but it's really just different names for caffeine.

Yeah, except caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, so it should have a negative effect on your "pumps". *cough...placebo...*cough

You are oversimplifying things.
"The resulting increased nerve activity causes the release of the hormone epinephrine (adrenaline), which in turn leads to several effects such as higher heart rate, increased blood pressure, increased blood flow to muscles, decreased blood flow to the skin and inner organs, and release of glucose by the liver."
This is a end result of the cascade that caffeine initiates by binding to adenosine receptors.
