    Arm Thickness Excersises

    which arm excersise helps 'thicken' them up. Like im happy with my peak and all its just really not big as i beleive it could be. any suggestions ?

    I agree with gr8ape for the most part, however, as you progress, you'll learn that the arm is much more than the bicep. It is quite possible for you to have a decent peak and have 13 inch arms. Beach body syndrome is what most call it. My personal philosophy on arms is this; indirect work. IMO, the arm is made up of;

    25% bicep
    50% tricep
    10-15% medial shoulder
    10-15% stabilizing muscles


    Again, this is my experience relayed through my opinions. I hope this helps you to understand. I'm not trying to say you're a noob, just that the bicep is less important to overall size than most people think.

    I've found that my arms respond better to high rep sets but to get them big I would recommend low rep sets but a lot of them. You could try beefin em up with some creatine (if you havn't already).
