    Your thoughts on this?

    Hi,
    As some of you may know, i am desperatly trying to lose some fat, I came across this and thought it seemed like a good workout for cutting, any opinions?

    If your naturaly lean then this may work but if your same as me and tend to lean towards aways carrying too much fat then you have to do the cardio theres no easy way to fat loss
