Today, I've just started my new stack. I replace my NO-Shotgun by Nitrix,Cellmass and NoXplode. Amazing! I add 30 more pounds on my wide grip latpulldown( and I last this extraweight for 6-7 sets ) and 7.5 pounds of my incline and flat bench fly. A good products that is very effective

Week 2
I had chest today. I was able to do 5 reps of 245lbs for 3 out of my 5 sets, thats 20 lbs more than normal. I did 225 for the other 2 sets, it was much easier to do than it normally is. This stuff has been great so far.
