Yes.... keep changing up your workouts every few weeks. Your body can become accustomed to the same thing, over and over. Also, don't eat the same thing every day... just like you need to "trick" your body with changing workout routines, do the same with your eating.
Don't hang on too long to a plateau. I was doing HIIT for about 6 months (20 mins 5 x week). About 4 of those months I was on a steady pleateau..... Darn! It finally took a friend of mine who is a personal trainer to tell me to stop doing HIIT and simply pick up my cardio sessions to 40-45 minutes. That was the key!

Although HIIT did help with my endurance, it sucked for dropping bf. So, essentially, i wasted 4 months from any body fat loss!
