ON Cookies and Cream
Hey guys, been consuming ON since a while.
First tried Vanilla, then Chocolate and then Rocky Road.
I'd really like a change..
Is COOKIES AND CREAM any good?
Let me know what you guys think

i didn't think it was to bad but if you want an amazing cookies and cream protein look at champion nutrition it is one of the best out there and the ingredient profile is awsome, trust me you won't be disappointed! I used to be all bout optimum but now im all bout CN

I found the Cookies and Cream really hard to "swallow"
IMO it doesn't taste very good.
I would get the Choc Mint one.

Stay away from Cookies N' Cream flavor! It has HFCS added.
