So I'm actually having problems squatting heavy. Okay now at the problem when I try to squat with anything over 44lbs my body fails as soon I get down to 90 degrees. What should i do?
I'm 16 ca 6.3 feet and 207 lbs
I wouldn't say my lower body as being "weak" I guess:
(1RM)
leg press: 408lbs
leg extension: 251lbs
seated leg curls: 207lbs
calf raise: 337lbs
deadlift: 251lbs
