How to get cut in 2 months..
I know it takes a while to get ripped after bulking up, but as i have left it a little late seeing summer is 2 months away, does anybody have any tips to speed up the process at all?
Any specific type of cardio or diet??
Thanks..

It depends on how far you have to go. Reasearch HIT cardio. Keep lifting with good intensity, calorie deficit by 500, and what has helped me alot is E-bol. I start leaning out like crazy when I drop my carbs low and am on e-bol. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

You can pull double days. HIIT in the morning and train in the evening

haha i love it how American's always seem to forget there are other parts of the world...
Anyway back on topic, I'm also australian and have left my cut a bit late too. Well i have been doing the odd cardio session here and there and have dropped some of my cals, but i don't seem to be getting anywhere. Was also wondering whether its better to do HIIT on the exercise bike or to do it running?
cheers

Mix it up. I like warming up on a bike, then running a couple laps, then hitting the bike hard for 10-15 minutes.
The cool thing about that is the warm up bike will get you ready to run, the running will allow you to get your post run biking up higher than if you just stayed on the bike the whole time
