Imma have to go with chicken for a cut and beef for bulk. The added calories, etc from the beef will allow you to seriously pack on the muscle...
I would then add that skim milk is good for either add in some fat free cottage cheese (for protein!!!)...
And I know this isn't really a "Type" of food, but u gotta have your whey protein for pre and post workouts along with your casein for your nighttime shake =).
I would suggest eggs, but I really can't stand eggs anyhow =/
