recently I used some coconut milk for a indian chicken recipe (which was awesome!) and I noticed it's high amount of fat and read up and realized there's a lot of good fat and wondered if for bulking if anyone has ever used coconut milk in their protein shakes? It's very tasty!

I love Coconut milk too but unfortunatly saturated fat is the majority of the fat. http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s02ei.html
Still would be nice for an occasional treat, but I would shy away from regular use in protein shakes. I personally like skim milk in my protein shakes.

The saturated fat in coconut milk is mainly lauric acid, which is very good for you.
The first rule of cheat club is you do not talk about cheat club. The second rule of cheat club is you DO NOT talk about cheat club. Third rule of cheat cub, someone yells stop!, goes limp, taps out, the cheat is over. Fourth rule, one cheat at a time, fellas. Fifth rule, cheats will go on as long as they have to. And the sixth and final rule, if this is your first night at cheat club, you have to cheat.

Or you could both hit your fat elsewhere in the day with foods you actually enjoy.

The dumbest fat loss strategy ever devised is used by people that wake up early in the morning before going to work to do cardio and follow that up with "recovery shake." The fat is cocunut milk is pretty awesome, good quality and actually optimal for health and is easily the best milk for improving body compostition. Ensure that you dont have it in PWO shake however, as the high fat levels will slow down protein absorbtion, which you dont want to happen just after a workout for obvious reasons.

The info on the taste of milk is good. Your info on everything else is very wrong.
- Individual foods and individual macros have absolutely nothing to do with your body composition outside of your overall daily cal / macro target.
- There is no need for a post workout shake assuming you are hitting your macros and cals daily.
- And even if you were to have a PWO shake, the fat that slows down absorption makes absolutely no difference what so ever to body composition as that protein is still used, irregardless of how long it takes to absorb."Never attempt to train yourself into a caloric deficit.
