I would guess 23. My scale and calipers put me at 20%, you definitely have more fat on the gut area.
Good luck! Buy some $10 calipers if you can, will help you along the way.

Yeah, depends if he's sucking in or flexing the stomach.

I'm going to also go with 16-18%.. I know that's a pretty large difference in the 2 numbers, however people store fat differently...
And without good photos it makes it really hard to judge, but I think we gave it a good shot.
Just remember that people store fat differently... The best way to measure ur bodyfat is the sonic thing they do to u at health clubs (they put u in this tub of water lol)... But 2nd best is the calps....

You don't look bad, but I would cut if I were you. Also keep in mind that it is hard to determine your bf% with a side pick of you sucking in lol.

Front and side flexed and non flexed and we could probably all agree on a BF between 1-2.

Thanks guys. That pic of me is not sucking in. All my friends think i suck in because i have that crease right there in the middle, but its just how it is, that pic is just how i am. How long do you thikn it would take to get it to about 13% BF ration runing a few miles a day?
