Just when you think you have seen all that you can do, you manage to come in bigger and more ripped than ever!!!!!
A great year of growing bro. Chest is looking fantastic and has picked up some nice shape, size and definition. Your traps have gained some excellent size and shape and pop up even in the "relaxed" stand. And to really accentuate the package, you have managed to keep the tight narrow waist, build up the obliques and get the abs popping out even more so.
A lot of people raise the bar but you really raise it! Great job D man. Keep up the absolutely awesome growing.
Don

=)
Overall very nice gains, good width gain on the back...about your abs though...WTF IS THAT...your abs were relaxed in that pic? to me it looks like 3 strands of muscle going from side to side...very strange...I would like to see an abs flexed pic, to compare =)

Again guys thanks for all the comments
Yeah my abs are really crazy its genetics for sure. that is a relaxed pic, and to be honest, they look exactly the same flexed. My abs grow insanely fast, I can rest a quarter on the top 2 lol. Anyways they get swollen and huge really easily from squats and deads and keep on growing without direct work.
I don't have a flexed ab pic(really makes no difference) but I do got some other pics that show my abs, Ill add them below.
The photos below are all older pics from the past, each picture should indicate the date the photo was taken.
Tnx guys.

Excelent, you look super great. You have really nice abs, keep it up. Do you let deads and squat fatiuqe your abs or do you have direct ab work in your routine?
Again, amazing.

thanks bro.
like i said earlier, I do not do direct ab work, I used to do a lot of weighted crunches but stopped when I realized they were getting too bulky and out of proportion. I avoid it at all cost. They usually take over in all my lifts, its very hard to not make them work.
