Hello everyone. Some of you know me and have been following a little of my progress. My last set of pics I was 180 lbs at about 16% bf. I was not sure what I wanted to do in regards to leaning down or not because I loved the feeling of being big. After some thought, I decided to speak to a few experts in regards to diet in hope to lose about 3-4% bf while maintaining all-most of my muscle mass. Today, a few months later, I have achived this goal and I am da*n proud of myself. I am 5'8, 170 lbs at about 11% bf (That is a guess..whatever it is, it is much less than before). Here are some pics. What do you guys think? Skippy...I think you will be proud of me!

Awesome work bro! Been amazing to see your progress, makes me want to dig in and work harder.
MBDYou can, and need to find a ground that you know you are suppose to stand on.. hence, stand your ground, this is the place where you know everything is as it should be for you. If you stand in a place where you know in your heart things are wrong, most things around you will never be right.
Rule number one, never work at being what another man defines as being "honorable", Honorable is is being true to what you know and and doing what you know is right for you..
