got a sample of this took 3 pills one hour my workout and it delivered quite nicely definately one of the better products for an extra kick in ur workout after my lifting i do cardio and usually first 15 to 20 minutes into cardio is the roughest part but today it was smooth good clean energy .. going to purchase this pretty soon thanks for the sample guys at neogenix!
