I dont really sweat during workouts....

    Hey guys,
I dont really know if this is an issue, but is it bad no to be sweating badly during a workout - i dont mean completley dry, but i usually only have a bit on my back and pits.
I know it varies from person to person, but sometimes i feel i havent done enough if i dont sweat or feel sore after wards.
I try to keep my workout at a high intensity, and i take short breaks between sets,
    Any thoughts???

How much a person sweats can also have to do with how much lean muscle they have.

To be honest, don't let the fact that you have not sweated put you down: it doesn't mean anything in relation to how much work you have done. Just make sure you have a good program suited to your level, do everything it says and if you haven't sweated, then no worries - you have still done enough work.
If you want to get big, be good at the Squat, Deadlift, pull and bench press, the rest is between you and your dinner plate.

There are 10 types of people: those that understand binary and those that do not.

I was at the Zoo the other day, there was only one animal there: a dog. It was a ****zu.

Bleh...probably the only downside to my gym is that they don't turn the heat on in the winter.
It's not a big deal though cuz those of us who are regulars there will all put in some money to go to wal-mart and buy some of those stand-up electric heaters. Which, by the way, looks badass because it creates a kind of red/orange glow in the gym.
We could also just wear sweatshirts/pants. But that's no fun cuz then you can't see your muscles in the mirror.

You are only born with so many sweat glands. Also, I'm not sure if it REALLY works or not, but I've heard that if you sit in a Sauna you will start to sweat easier.
