Those are my breads and butter man. I love loadin it up heavy, putting my toes on the bottom edge, and rocking out to the pain of 100 reps. I get an aweome good pump from that. Just remember man, it takes WEIGHT to build calves, load 'er up!

    Reducing Muscle

Everyone seems to know how to build/increase muscle size, but I have a challenge for all you body building experts out there. Does anyone know how to REDUCE muscle size. I'm a former athlete, a sprinter, a jumper, a basketball player, and my Calfs, Quads and Hamstring are all bigger than I want them to be now. I want to reduce size, I don't need the bulk anymore. HELP if you know anything. THANKS

I used to live on these, but now I just do calf raises while holding a loaded trap bar with my toes on the "foot" of a bench, if you get me. Sometimes I'll step on weight plates like 25s if the bench foot isn't sufficient.

i believe the only way for them to get smaller is to let them atrophy, and i'm pretty sure this is a natural process that can't really be expedited. you ever break a bone and get a cast, then 2 months later get the cast off and that limb is all scrawny?...that's atrophy. good luck not using your legs for a few months, lol.
