I have been eating several small meals throughout the day. I do eat protein powder as well as fish and turkey and other protein sources. I also eat veggies and fruit and healthy carbs..I don't really limit myself to anything I just try to eat as healthy as I can because I am not trying to lose weight. I am trying to gain muscle. I do fine all day and then at night I feel like I'm starving. I usually have my last shake around 8-8:30 hoping it will tide me over but lately it doesn't and I end up snacking later on which I know is not good. Tonight even the shake didn't fill me up so I also ate 1/4 cup of oatmeal and a spoonful of natural peanut butter and I know later I will get hungry again. I am not sure what to do. I workout twice a day doing weights and cardio separately..I have no clue why I keep getting so hungry.

..I know exactly what you are talking about!my problem is that im always hungry!..I do try at night to drink some water,eat some fruit or veggies, rather than anything really calorie dense..cut up some carrot sticks and then when you get the munchies you have something healthy to nibble on...hope i could help you a little..good luck...
