    Regarding a good nutrition is going on probably Routine 2 will work better due to higher frequency.

    This^^^ Frequency will take you farther except for heavy deadlifts. The recovery for those will limit them to once a week or even 2 weeks. I never understood the onece a week thing for isolation exercises. Your arms are going like "Dude, come the F on, lets do this!"
