pics were off my ****ty cellphone, cant see much definition/veins or anything, kinda hard to flex while holding a cell fone in a hand, thats about it

ehh, true, i had a 4 pack at the end of my cut, I pretty much mantained it up until the summer where I put on some fat, ill do a quick cut soon enough. The ladies like my size now, i get compliments how my "boobs" are bigger then theres, good times , ladies like muscle <3

thanks, my diet is just carb cycle bulking, on workout days high carb days, 2 rest days = low, and the other day = no.

Since summer my diet has fallen off though
