Ronnie Coleman interviewed by his fans
I will be interviewing Ronnie Coleman very soon and would like to do something a little different this time around: have the fans ask the questions. So if you are a Ronnie fan, and I know there are many of you guys out there, please, via this thread, give me three questions each for the champ. From all the questions received I will choose the best.
Thanks
David Robson

I dont really have any questions but I think the first thing that should be said in the interview from the fans to Ronnie is thank you for everything you gave us throughout the years.

1) You have said this was the last Olympia. It has been speculated that you may get involved in some of the other shows just for your fans. Any plans for this? Maybe the Arnold?
2) Any plans, now that you have the time to dedicate to it, on trying to evolve the show you sponsor into a top tier show in lines with, say, the Arnold Classic?
lastly for me...
3) How does it feel knowing that, even though you didn't get number 9, you are considered by many to be the best body builder to ever wear the title of Mr. Olympia?

Do you feel like you got too big, and lost some of your lines toward the end of your career and would you change your lifting to avoid that if you could go back in time.

I want to know about his injuries...what exactly they were and how/when they happened.
I want to know what his next move is. He has said that he is retiring from the O, not from bodybuilding, where does he go from here?
Who were the big suprises at the O, and who does he see as the big contenders in the coming contests/years.

I'll ask some different questions instead of the usual BBing questions. I'm sure it would be refreshing.
What is the tastiest BBing dish that you can come up with?
What are your favourite songs and do you have any pre workout playlists.
Which was the hardest competition that you had competed in?
Besides Victor Martinez, who else do you feel is next in line to become mr Olympia?
Who do you feel has more potential, Heath or Wolf?
What was the most touching thing a fan has done for you?

How do you plan to live the rest of your life? will you maintain or at least stay near to your current size?
In what, if any, ways to you plan to stay involved in bodybuilding?
is it true that "there aint nothin to do it , but to do it"?

Yeah carrying on from asking him his inspiration to lifting, asking what he thinks about HIM being the inspiration to all of us lot. I know of many people who have got into bodybuilding solely because of Ronnie, and I know whenever I felt down or bad or lazy I';d watch a training video of him and be raring to go. And I'd say he's one of the main faces the past few years who have made bodybuilding pretty popular again.

The multiple Mr. O winners of the last 25 years kept ahead of the competition by adding mass year to year.
It seems that we've reached a point where mass at the cost of lines is less desirable.
Does Ronnie think that anyone will get to 8 Olympia wins again?
Given the amount of size needed to win the Mr. O in the first place, will added mass not be rewarded as heavily in the future?

DONT ask any "how does it feel..." questions! Pointless questions with pointless answers is all that is...
fans like to know more personal things... what is he going to do for a living now? etc.

when did bodybuilding start to become a lifestyle instead of a hobby
how he felt when he was placed 15th in Mr Olympia and what made him carry on when delt with such a low point in his career
what his views are on modern pro bodybuilding and the direction he thinks it is heading
will he duck out of the sport entirely or will he play a role similar to milos sarcev as a 'trainer/prep guru'

I pro didn't see all his vids but in the ones I did, he didn't do anything for abs. And if he did, he should have focused more on them then anything. He already had wayyyy too much mass over everyone else.

It's not necessary for everyone. I don't work them directly either. Ab work is overrated.

He works his abs though...
And a lot of these questions are common sense, and I would hate to be asked obvious questions in an interview. Hopefully the OP weeds through the bad ones.
