    Talking Online Workout Journals

Just wondering if any of you guys know if there's a free online journal that you can keep track of how many calories you burn, how much protein you take in and that sorta thing.... I used Dietwatch.com in grade 11 for a Biology assignment but I just checked on it and they charge for the service now... If not, does anybody know of any good software that's affordable?

    Thanx
