So I'm in the Army and started the Bizzy 21 day diet to try and drop 20 lbs before I graduate my school in late March. Well during MLK weekend, I broke my collarbone in four places snowboarding in Steamboat Springs. My surgery is on Wednesday and I'll be taking leave to recover for the rest of the week. My question is, what workouts can I still do while I'm in a sling for 6 weeks? I've heard about spinning and maybe abs, but if there's something specific I can follow, that'd be huge, thanks. Attached is a pic of the X-ray if anyone's interested.

Id stick to machines for legs like Leg extensions and Hamstring curls (the sitting one) hopefully you have this. How about bodyweight ball squats? Pretty limited imo. Im not sure how much upper body you can get away with.
