I will be starting this stack on sunday for the first time... I will be posting up logs over 21 days and give a review at the end of the two products, and continue using them if I see fit
**Stats**
~Height: 6'3"
~Weight: 221lbs
~BF: 9-10% roughly right now (on bulking phase)
~Lifting experience: Been lifting for 5 years off and on (of course I was in the learning stage for 3 years) So I've been lifting CONSISTANTLY for the last two years.
~Current Goals: I am trying to get up to 240+ lbs at 7% BF or less; I am currently, and will be for a long time, in a bulking phase.
~Current Supplements I will be using on top of GG and M-stak:
-M-stak (45 min prior)
-GlycerGrow (30 min prior)
-Green Magnitude (20 min prior)
-White Flood (10 min prior)
-Purple Wraath (During workout)
-Universal Torrent (PWO) directly after workout
-ON's 100% Whey throughout the day
With this I will be eating roughly 7 meals a day, high protein/high complex carb/ healthy fats. Most fats come from peanut butter throughout the day.
**Current Routine**
-I will be starting my second week of this 3-week cycle of exercises in my total 12-week routine as of when I start this log on Sunday. I will post detailed weights and descriptions everyday as I do the workouts... as for starting purposes this is the general outline...
Day 1: Heavy/Low rep Legs/Back
Day 2: Heavy/Lower rep Delt/Pecs/Arms
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: Mid/high rep Legs/Back
Day 5: Mid/high rep Delt/Pec/Arms
Day 6: ** I personalized the routine for myself.. day 6 will be supporting muscles/things needed work on... I will be doing...
-Calves
-Rotator Cuffs
-Forearms
Day 7: OFF
Then it repeats... I do sets until I'm about 2 reps from failure, that way I can hit them twice a week with no overtraining problems.
I WILL be taking some before pictures to show vascularity and such and then pictures 21 days out.. BOTH sets of pictures will be in the morning or directly before my workouts on day 1 and day 21.
