**Drivn2perfection's M-Stak/GlycerGrow Log**

I will be starting this stack on sunday for the first time... I will be posting up logs over 21 days and give a review at the end of the two products, and continue using them if I see fit

**Stats**
~Height: 6'3"
~Weight: 221lbs
~BF: 9-10% roughly right now (on bulking phase)
~Lifting experience: Been lifting for 5 years off and on (of course I was in the learning stage for 3 years) So I've been lifting CONSISTANTLY for the last two years.
~Current Goals: I am trying to get up to 240+ lbs at 7% BF or less; I am currently, and will be for a long time, in a bulking phase.

~Current Supplements I will be using on top of GG and M-stak:
-M-stak (45 min prior)
-GlycerGrow (30 min prior)
-Green Magnitude (20 min prior)
-White Flood (10 min prior)
-Purple Wraath (During workout)
-Universal Torrent (PWO) directly after workout
-ON's 100% Whey throughout the day

With this I will be eating roughly 7 meals a day, high protein/high complex carb/ healthy fats. Most fats come from peanut butter throughout the day.


**Current Routine**

-I will be starting my second week of this 3-week cycle of exercises in my total 12-week routine as of when I start this log on Sunday. I will post detailed weights and descriptions everyday as I do the workouts... as for starting purposes this is the general outline...

Day 1: Heavy/Low rep Legs/Back
Day 2: Heavy/Lower rep Delt/Pecs/Arms
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: Mid/high rep Legs/Back
Day 5: Mid/high rep Delt/Pec/Arms
Day 6: ** I personalized the routine for myself.. day 6 will be supporting muscles/things needed work on... I will be doing...
-Calves
-Rotator Cuffs
-Forearms
Day 7: OFF

Then it repeats... I do sets until I'm about 2 reps from failure, that way I can hit them twice a week with no overtraining problems.

I WILL be taking some before pictures to show vascularity and such and then pictures 21 days out.. BOTH sets of pictures will be in the morning or directly before my workouts on day 1 and day 21.

Day 1 of the Journey!

So today is the first day of 21 days that I will be posting on these 2 products. I know you're not supposed to do stacks over more than one product to fully assess the results of a product, but I'd rather take them both now and start getting gains faster instead of waiting to try one at a time... I have to get to my ideal weight for competitions asap.

Today's workout... Back/Legs!!

-B/O BB Rows- 205lbs x 5 sets x 10 reps (was decently easy, going to focus on using back more next week)

-BB Shrugs- 370lbs x 5 sets x 10 reps (got hard on last set but all reps were performed perfectly)

Then...

-Leg Extensions- 155x10, 155x10, 155x10, 150x10, 145x8 ( got hard for some reason at the end )
SUPERSETTED WITH ....
-Leg Curls- 135lbs x 5 sets x 10 reps (got all 10 on all sets)

** Side note ** Did the Extensions, went directly over to the curls, then took a one minute break and did the next superset .. did that for 5 sets each.

I felt I didn't do enough on my rows so at the end of my workout, I pushed out 2 sets of 12 on DB Rows on an incline bench with 50lb DB's. Just for a little extra



*** Initial Thoughts ***

First thing I noticed... GG DEFINITELY doesn't mix in water... In fact, I don't even reccommend putting it in 32oz of water.. it sticks to the cup and ****... I'm going to down it dry one scoop at a time from now on, and just take the water down after I suck it down dry.

Secondly, I was sweating in the gym more today than I EVER have in my entire life... I was like a pool of sweat, and I usually don't sweat that much... Beyond me what exactly caused that.

Since it is day one, I don't expect much, but my numbers were all up from last week; and I look forward to seeing how fast I repair muscle and use my nutrients compared to before starting this stack. Only time will tell on that part...

I took some before pictures just for reference just before I headed to the Gym today... They're not very flattering but whatever. They're with no pump at all, and taken after breakfast/ 70oz of water from supps lol.

Unfortunately I have to mess with the file sizes, And I don't have time for that due to a meeting I have in 20 minutes... I'll post them within a few hours!

oh gross! i hate stuff that doesn't mix well with water. You have quite the pre-w/o regimen. It looks like some type of count down to work out, t-minus 30 minutes, etc. lol

haha you know it!! Oh btw, the numbers on the leg extensions and curls were PER LEG .. not both at the same time.

Here's a before pic after waking up / eating breakfast and downing 70oz of pre workout stuff lol. Relaxed and not pumped of course.. I'll add a variety of pumped stuff in after each week just to spice things up.
