    Any SUCCESSFUL SHORT-TERM 6PACK PROGRAMS?

Im pretty close to a six pack, and I've been using GNC thermoboost which really helps with running, not sure yet if it actually helps with metabolism, but it gives me a ****load of energy. Anyways, summer is really freakin close, just wondering if anyone has come up with a really quick way to get to a 6 pack. Im not a fatty that needs to work for a year. Like is lots of reps, or an ab wheel, or weighted sit ups have awesome short-term results? I know abs take years of training. My abs are strong and their starting to show, just seeing if anyone has had any success getting that last bit of fat off and ripping the abs in like a 1-2 week period.

Abs are made in the kitchen.
Doing thousands of cruches is not going to help you if your diet is not good.
Train abs like any other bodypart 3-4 sets of about 12reps (3-4 exercices) with weights, 1-2 times a week. And look at your diet.
    WORKOUT
    M: Full body workout
    T: Off
    W: Full body workout
    T: Off
    F: Off
    S: Full body workout
    S: OFF

Walk dog 1 hour a day.

    DIET
Protein and good fats, low carb

Goal: Loose fat and gain muscle!

    Just do it!
Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated!
    You are what you eat!

If they are starting to show, maybe a contest-prep routine would work? Certainly if you're that close, you could make a difference in two weeks.

There is no quick way to build any muscle group. You can use resistance such as cable crunches, weighted incline crunches etc..to build a thicker abdominal section but it still takes time. And, as the previous posts mention, low bodyfat is essential for a great appearance.

There's bound to be some good stuff in the Losing Fat forum here. Check the journal forum and the over-35 forum here too for people prepping for contests.

Basically, they do lots of cardio, and eat a very strict diet.

I agree...it's mostly all dependent on you diet. Abs are just like any other muscle group and doing tons of crunches is not necessary. Pick an exercise that is challanging and do 20 reps (4 sets) with 30 second rests. Do lower abs first since they get fatigued first then do obliques and lastly uppers. Work them every other day at most.
Try going on a very low carb diet for 2 weeks and drink plenty of H2O and your abs will show. Make sure you get enough protein (at least 1.5 gram per lb of lean body weight).

I have a very good 6 pack going right now and they peeped through in 8 days using a fat burner---now don't misunderstand--for the last 4 weeks I did situps and legraises and crunches every night---never missed no matter how tired!!!I was also at my target weight so just one little layer of stubborn fat was left. After alot of research and apprehension, I did start a fat burner and I have no fat on my abs!!!This took 8 days approximately.

Glad to tell ya because I buggard alot of people before deciding--first 2 days I used redline gelcaps---one in morning(I did squeeze some out of capsule though because I am so small and didn't want to take too much as I proceeded with extreme caution to determine my tolerance and I suggest everyone who tries a fatburner to NEVER start with full dose) and another squeezed one in afternoon.Very good energy and cardio was a breeze. Then next two days I took 12mg of vasopro in morning with my coffee---whoaa--extreme energy but absolutely no appetite.I took 12 mg at lunch with coffee(you could use a caffeine pill).Next 2 days I took lipo 6(again squeezing out some of capsule---one in morning before cardio and one at lunch). The lipo and the redline allow me to eat better because I really can't lose anymore weight and I did drop to 96 pounds so now I have to really pick up the protein---I really feel best on vasopro if only it didn't kill my appetite---I think this goes away as you get used to it.

If taken with carefully and building up your tolerance, I believe fatburners really help that last stubborn fat--hope this helps!!!

I got vasopro at bb.com for around 10$--I got the 25 mg and cut them in half. The redline I got at GNC for 39$ with 20% discount. I am very careful about starting any meds or supps so I think most would be o.k. with starting at smallest dose but if you want to be on safe side then squeeze some out--you can always add more if you do not feel anything---you cannot take out what you have put in so it is unwise to start at highest dose for anything---just go slow and moniter yourself.
