I felt slightly more pumped even before hitting the weights today. I took 8 capsules as directed, 40 minutes before working out, and on an empty stomach. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror today, because my hamstrings and quads were looking much more pumped than usual.
I used lighter weights so I could concentrate on the muscles being worked. I felt better mental focus than usual, which is most useful on legs day. I am looking forward to working my chest and triceps tomorrow! I believe the results will be even more visible during the next workout.

The workout today went very smoothly. Soreness is down quite a lot. The weights aren’t quite where I’d like them to be, but I feel as if I could do an extra rep or two than usual. Not much else to report for today.

I had quite an intense workout today, but did not feel tired at all. I usually am at least winded at this point. Clean Cardio was quite intense throughout the week, and went smoothly as well. The sweating hasn't been nearly as bad lately, and best of all, I haven't felt much soreness which is definitely plus.

Comments
I decided to change things up slightly today. I was psyched about the biceps part, because they were pumped to the max. I did not feel sore at all really, during the workout. On a side note, I was sweating quite a lot, but I usually do during squats and stiff-legged deadlifts.

Day 9
Chest / Triceps Day - Decline Barbell Bench: 240 x 6, 240 x 4
- Cable Flies: 110 x 6, 110 x 6
---------------
- Skullcrushers: 100 x 4, 100 x 4
- Close-Grip Bench: 180 x 4
- One-Arm DB Ext.: 35 x 6
Only working sets listed.
Comments
The benching felt smooth, but the cable flies felt easier than ever! I was especially impressed with the veins that are beginning to come out on my forearms. I feel that I would be much flatter during my cutting if it were not for the Nitro Evolution. I seem to be maintaining strength as well, which is awesome.

Comments
Seated Rows were as strong as ever. Barbell Rows were not quite as strong as before, but I definitely felt them. Forearms had a good pump, and even though I was dragging throughout the day today (landscaping has worn me down), I still managed to pull off a quality back and abs workout.

My form was nearly-perfect, and I am getting back up to strength on the squats. I felt an intense burning in my hamstrings during the SLDL, which means I must have worked them well.

Comments
This was, I believe, the third time I have EVER done dumbbells for chest. I usually work out at home, so I cannot use them. I decided to take it “easy” and do 85, but with good form for six. I felt like going heavy once again for biceps, and managed to do it with great intensity by flexing at the bottom and giving them a good stretch. The intensity felt awesome!

Comments
I felt like changing things up a bit. The pump was much more pronounced with a slightly higher rep workout like this. If nothing else, the pump helped motivate me to crank up intensity.

Comments
I used higher reps for calves, because I needed a slight change. The skullcrushers felt solid, as did everything else. I have yet to experience much soreness! I feel almost no soreness while on this product, which is great.
On another note, I have lost considerable bodyfat in the first three weeks with this product.

Feedback
I have been cutting fairly intensely, and this supplement has most definitely helped me to increase my strength while cutting, and has also reduced muscle breakdown. I consider this a great supplement for increasing intensity,
and it is quite beneficial for those cutting who find themselves "dragging" through their workouts.
