I've never been into power-lifting, i normally try to eliminate momentum from my workouts, but i was watching some videos of Jay Culter working out and it seemed like all he was doing was a power-lifting style workout and it got me thinking... Do you guys put some powerlifting workouts into your routine every now and then just to change things up?

I think you may be using the term "powerlifting" incorrectly. In terms of lifting weights, powerlifting refers to the sport, where competitors engage in trying to squat, bench press, and deadlift the most weight for their weight class. I'm not certain, but I'm fairly sure Jay Cutler does not use much powerlifting.
Do you mean dynamic lifting? Where weight is moved using momentum generated by other areas of body musculature?
If that is what you're talking about, then I have a question. Why is it people assume that momentum generated during a lift is a bad thing? The human body was made to perform work in motion. Proper utilization of momentum generated in an intelligent way automatically means more weight can be used. Which means an increase in systemic loading. How does one destroy darkness? The answer dawned upon my mind, blinding in it's brilliance. To destroy darkness, one must simply expose it to the light.
