    HDL cholesterol too low

    I just took my normal checkup and found out that my HDL cholesterol is too low. He said it was at 35? How do I increase this level? Any ideas? Thanks

    increase ur intake of good fats like monosaturated fats
    increase your calcium intake
    include soluble fibre into your diet
    exercise regularly
