It depends on the location.
My Costco Shopping List is:
-A few Cartons of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
-Tray of Fresh Tialpia & Salmon
-Vanilla Whey 2KG Tub
-A few Carton of Liquid Egg Whites
-Natural PB
-Bananna's
-Creatine (when I need it)
Some stuff is a rip off - but for the most part it's a good buy in 1 shot.
Basically any produce that catches my eye

don't buy the eas whey you can get better stuff online for almost the same price. you can find dymatize protein 5lbs. for $27.50! Cosco also now has muscle milk, id definatley pick some of that up, aside from the other stuff the people have listed
cottage cheese (if you like it)
also i can't remember the brand but they have this really good cheese there thats very healthy, o carbs, 7 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fat for two slices, and it tastes great! just a thought for ya!
