    What do you need?

You can buy a large container of fish oil capsules there. Peanut butter is there, juices, fruits, fish, and a great deal of other things.

    It depends on the location.

    My Costco Shopping List is:

-A few Cartons of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
-Tray of Fresh Tialpia & Salmon
    -Vanilla Whey 2KG Tub
-A few Carton of Liquid Egg Whites
    -Natural PB
    -Bananna's
    -Creatine (when I need it)

Some stuff is a rip off - but for the most part it's a good buy in 1 shot.

Basically any produce that catches my eye

Nice man, my weekly bill at Costco is crazy - but the food goes. It's also nice that costco/sam's club pick up new items to try all the time.

But 124.83 for all that is pretty good.

don't buy the eas whey you can get better stuff online for almost the same price. you can find dymatize protein 5lbs. for $27.50! Cosco also now has muscle milk, id definatley pick some of that up, aside from the other stuff the people have listed

cottage cheese (if you like it)

also i can't remember the brand but they have this really good cheese there thats very healthy, o carbs, 7 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fat for two slices, and it tastes great! just a thought for ya!

If I'm not mistaken it's around $22 for an 18 pack of the smaller size Muscle Milk (11oz I think?). Only have the Chocolate flavor, but I ended up buying one and using during classes when I need something convenient to drink.
