My trainer is working his magic on me, so hopefully the water will shed off later this week. But we'll see...

My stats are
5'9
258lbs off season
211lbs contest weight
Cycle History:
food (every day right on time whether I want to eat or not)
hard work (never missing a workout, even if I was on my death bed)
sleep (never depriving my body of much needed rest)
determination (never letting other's negativity affect me)
good work ethic (knowing there are others I'm competiting against that have missed their meals, workouts, etc.. and I have stayed strong)
supplements (I have a professional as a trainer, he's lead me the right way)
I don't want this thread to turn into a flaming war over steriods. I am a highly educated adult and fully know all consequences that I may incur with the bodybuilding lifestyle. With that being said, I do not condone or encourage anyone to use steriods, as they are a mere supplement to the bodybuilding core. Hard work and dedication is the root to success.
But I know there will always be people criticizing the sport, and it needs not to be in this thread. I posted these pictures to show progress and to get "constructive criticism" on my body, not on steriods.

Thanks for the reply. I'm two months shy of 23 years old, and I've been seriously lifting about 2 years.

Off-season training is detailed. I'll post a full schedule when I have time. Right now I'm training all body parts in 3 days, due to my upcoming competition. I won't train after tuesday of this week. I promise I'll get back with ya on this though. Thanks for the response.

I think you have an incredible physique. You have truly succeeded in building yourself. I agree, your back is definitely your strong point. Do you have any more pics? Do you have one in the most muscluar pose? How about one showing your glutes, hams, and calves? If I'm forced to nit-pick, I would have to say that you can add a little more overall size to your quads.
Keep us updated on how your competition goes.
Good luck.

If I wanted to inclose my aas history i would have put it in my original thread.
*Please Note*
The use of AAS is varied in individuals. There is absolutely no point in me posting what I've used, as they may not work for your body. Everyone's receptors are completely different, and will react different to the use of anabolics. On a side note, I work with a professional who has given me valuable advice. I simply chose not to disclose that information. I wish not to be judged by steriod use, but rather by my looks. But for those of you who can't let it go, get out of this thread. If you want info about steriods or aas use, use the search button. Or better yet, e-mail Big Ron. I'm sure he'll gladly dispose the information to you. Then maybe you can take all he has, and be as big as him....

Yes, I do need more mass. But I think competiting at 210 for my first competition is pretty good, if I do say so myself.

At my last powerlifting competition i deadlifted 650lbs when I weighed about 240lbs. But most of my lat width is from heavy close grip bent over rows with about 400-500 lbs. and also weighted pull-ups with about 90lbs.

Looks like you're holding some fat and water in your lower abs and quads. At 6 days out you should see more striations and vascularity in your quads. A side chest pose and hamstring shot would be helpful. What diuretic are you running?
Consider different posing trunks. One with a higher cut on the waist. It will help slim your waist and accent your quad swipe.
Good luck with your show and I hope everything comes together. Have fun.
