Guys, this sounds like a 'trollish' question, but I want sensible replies!!
My Mum is a vegetarian. She doesn't have any meat/fish in the house.
I eat meat all the time when I'm out or at a mate's house, I love the stuff!!
Problem is, I'm cutting and see meat as one of the most useful sources of protein without the carbs (Lean chicken breast contains no carbs, for example).
How can I keep my carb intake low enough to cut properly without eating huge amounts of meat? Please help!!!!!!!
