youll be fine, its just protien like eating chicken
many supps say you need to be 16 or 18 due to that if somehow u died or someting which is as likley as dying from chicken milk or steak then they cant say they dident warn u
my feeling is though, you dont need any supps at 13 all u need to do is eat a lot and make sure your eating a lot of chicken, steak, eggs and other sources of protien and eating vegetables, id say when your about 15-16 then add in supps, but then again, it wont hurt you to have a little extra help
btw, ProM3 tastes great and is high quality protien, if you have a lot of moeny, then buy it but If i were you id save some money and get ON 100% whey. If you like strawberry milk, get strawberry, otherwise get chocolate or vanilla.Last edited by HoboWithaRolex; 06-12-2005 at 12:12 PM.

too many of you consider protein a supplement in my opinion.
its the same as eating a chicken breat or tuna can.
it wont hurt him, it wont be a waste of money, itll only help him.
dont get caught up in the fact that since bb.com tells you all this stuff, its true. ask any advanced bb'er and the ONLY thing they take is protein. i bet alot of you will tell him "dont take protein, but take nitrix, no xplode and cellmass"
point being- threadstarter- make sure your diet and training routine are in order, and the extra protein will only help you grow
