Contest Diet
I'm 36 weight 232 at 18% bodyfat. Want to enter a bodybuilding contest in 12 weeks. I work out in the afternoons about 2:30 PM. Need to have a basic diet to get right amount of protien in at the right times for my workout. Usually do cardio about 4 times a week, changing it up, sometimes intervals sometimes steady state up to 45 min. Do I need to turn cardio up as I get closer to contest. Any suppliments that help? Any help would be great! Usually do cardio and weights in afternoon. Best time for my schedule.
