    Overtraining Chest and Triceps?

Does it count as overtraining if your chest hurts for 3 days or more? I was doing around 15-18 sets when that was happening. When I do triceps, it hurts for about 3 to 4 days afterward. Does that count as overtraining?
I'm not going to be an underachiver any longer. I don't want to be the one who had potential and let it go to waste. It's not I won't any more.

    I can.

are you making any gains. if so, then youre fine. soreness doesnt correlate to overtraining
