    When Measuring Your Arms where do you start?

    Where do you start at the bottom of your tricept all the way up to your bicep's peak or is it all the way around your arm... thanks.

    Well if you want your measurement cold then don't flex your arm. If you want your measurement to be a flexed measurement then flex your arm. Most people measure flexing.

    hmmm tom i think your wrong, last time i asked this they told me cold is when you dont have blood rushing through the muscle like when you have lifted and they get bigger cus of the blood but nothin to do with flexing.
