1 year Anniversary

Welp, just completed my first year of lifting. I learned a lot and worked hard towards my goals

Before pic: i was 5'10 137lb weak as **** skinny runner. Stats were
100x5 bench
160x5 squat
160x5 deadlift

3 lift max total was 493

As of July 4th which was my 1 year, my new stats are at a combined total 1118
205x5 bench
340x4 squat
405x6 deadlift

we're all gonna make it brahs. keep it going. my goals for next year is to be lean 181 with these lifts
275x1 bench
455x5 deadlift
405x5 squat

also sorry for pics being at weird shapes, it is hard to try and crop/resize pics i take on my phone into MS paint lol. i'm not quite as fat as that pic shows
