And the color?
Discovery had a show that basically said 2 dumps/day was a good thing and that the mud-color was from the dead red-blood cells.
Any views on this?

How many times a day do you take a dump?

2 dumps a day is good, but I'm on more of a hardcore routine... I only take dumps twice a week, and I do 6 dumps a day. I think that the rest period really helps you "recharge" and go for broke on the active days.
Remember... good form is good. Some people go to paralell, but I like to put a box in front of the toilet and really go ATG on them. Get the whole body involved, ya know?Our Arnold, whose arms are heavy,

Havent taken dump since may 26th 1992. The color, as i remember, was a burnt orange color. Those were better times.

Is this exercise? If it is you should be at LEAST in the 4-6 rep range.There's only one thing I hate more than working out: being skinny.

i probably take at least 4 ****s a day. i normally **** when i wake up, then eat breakfast and **** again. then i go to school. then i come home and ****. then i workout, have a shake.. eat... ****... before bed i normally **** as well. this is normal for bodybuilders... or maybe im just full of ****.hail murder. **** you.

The more you eat, the more you crap. When bulking, expect to sit on the porcelain pony 3-4 times per day. When cutting, you might only go 4 tmes per week.neg reds on sight crew

alright yesterday my friend took the biggest dump I've ever seen. it wouldnt fit down the toilet, so we took it out and put it ina plastic bag. then we measured the thing, and you are not going to believe this... 10 inches long, and 8 inches around... WOW just thinking about that turd makes me wish I could push something out like that. Seriously, the thing could have killed a small dog if it were dropped. I am guessing that this is a record, unless someone claims they have it beat...

2-3 times a day. The first two are pretty big. My first one is about halfway through my breakfast, my second is either after my second breakfast or lunch, and occasionally after my 4th meal of the day. Mine are usually a mud color...and I can see my baby spinach in it lol. They're also very soft, large, but come out like greased lightening-I'm the man in the box
Weight:130 (145) goal 150 at least
-Squat- 185 goal 200
-Deadlift- 230 goal 275 (THAT'S gonna take awhile)
-Bench- 115 goal 135
