    My Calories too low?(for cutting)

most people here say that cant maintain a diet under 2000 calories

but while im cutting I am on 900 - 1,600 calories...even with this I get about as much protein as my body weight

(im not much of a eater, I can easily cut but have problems bulking)

Regardless of how much he weighs this is terribly unhealthy. They say 2000 calorie minimum for even a fat guy who sits in an office all day.

Not to say you can't go down to 2000... but for cell maintanance, body regulation, etc., a lot more calories are needed.
    Height: 6'3".

6/10 Weight: 167. 4000 calorie bulking diet started today.
    6/16 Weight: 168.5.
