Which muscles are best trained together and best Exercises for MASS

    My training consists of:

    Monday: Arms (Bi's & Tri's)
    Wednesday:Chest
    Fri: Shoulders & Legs
    Sun: Back & Abs

I have been doing this routine for a while and am looking to change my routine as i have hit a plateau , i want to change my routine as well since I think training bi's and tri's on the same day is too much etc.

    Can anyone help

unlike most people I have the luxury of time.... By training only 1 muscle group a day I'm able to put more intensity in my workouts... I follow a 6 day a week split:

    Day 1- Back,
    Day 2- Shoulder, Forearms
    Day 3- Legs
    Day 4-Chest
    Day 5-Bicep
    Day 6-Tricep
    Day 7-REST

*Abs and forearms trained every 4 days*

hey gardo do u train your traps w/ your shoulders or not at all??? all to Luke you could try this:

    Monday: Chest/biceps
    Tuesday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs
    Wednesday: REST
    Thursday: Back/triceps
    Friday: REST
    Saturday: Legs/Abs
    Sunday: REST

it is just an idea for the back/tri and chets/bi split some people say its good other say it isnt either way however here is another to give you a choice:

Monday: Chest/Back (note some say this is bad but others claim this is one of the best combos...)
    Tuesday: REST
    Wednesday: Shoulders/triceps/ABS
    Thursday: Traps
    Friday: Biceps/Legs
    Saturday: Forearms
    Sunday: REST

    now another....(6 day)
    Monday: Triceps
    Tuesday: Biceps/forearms/ABS
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: REST
    Friday: Chest/front and side delts/
    Saturday: Back/rear delts
    Sunday: Traps

Now if you want a 3 day a week split:

    Monday: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
    Wednesday: Legs/ABS
    Friday: Back/biceps/traps

there just felt like giving you lots of options you may pick the one you like best
