15 years. Not sure what you mean by theory? I have done every method in the book over the years. High reps low weight, low reps high weight, HIIT, Heavy Duty, rest-pause, etc etc.

I don't bulk per se anymore.
I stay around 9-10%bf year round and just try to refine things as I go. I copied it from Shawn Ray. I hate being fat.
You're looking pretty thick there by the way.

Sorry, I don't take measurements when I'm dieting because the aim is low bf rather than specific size goals.

Thanks!
But not really, they got me in the leg department. I'm not looking to get Cutler sized quads, just thicken them up more to match my back so there's a better sweep.

dont take this the wrong way as it is no disrespect whatsoever, moreso its curiosity.. but if you've trained 15 years and thats where your legs are now, what are you going to do from now that is going to turn them around and develop more?

I don't think he means he was in the gym everyday for 15 years straight. I'm sure he had somewhat of an active life while also lifting weights on the side, and his legs just so happen to be his weak point?
The vascularity in your chest is impressive, calves suck for me too man.
