I'm on the exercises page and for CGPB it says: "Tips: Lie on a flat bench. Hold a barbell with both hands with a close grip, about 8 - 12 inches apart."
But in the picture it doesn't look anywhere close to 8 - 12 inches apart

For tricep mass, skullcrushers are better IMO. At least for me.

All three mentioned here (dips, close-grip and skullcrushers) are in my workout routine for my triceps. I also include some pushdowns on the cables as well. For me this routine has seen the biggest gains in my upper arm in comparison with any others I've tried. However, if I had to choose one, it would be close-grip.

I think skullcrushers work best for me. They give me a much better stretch in my tricep muscle, and give me complete ROM. Personally, I do both CGBP and skullcrushers
-I'm the man in the box
    -Status:
    Age:16
    Height:5'9"
    Weight:130 (145) goal 150 at least
    -Squat- 185 goal 200
-Deadlift- 230 goal 275 (THAT'S gonna take awhile)
    -Bench- 115 goal 135

If it's easy, it's pointless. That goes for eating too. KEEP EATING
