OH my god dude! Thats ridiculous! crazy bulk! Was it perfectly CLEAN or was it dirty? Whats your bodyfat at? Hopefully you'll be 190 and ripped, or 185 and shredded!
EDIT: Good thing you got rid of the beard. LOL

Thanks.
It was very clean but the calories where up at 4000+ over 8 - 10 meals a day. To be honest, I was sick of eating... but I don't really like being hungry either. It is all a learning process for me, I had never bulked and I have never cut.
not sure on the body fat %, I'd say, "was fat" and "still fat" ... ;-)

Looks like you had a successful clean bulk, looking good at what you've cut so far.
Keep us updated when you're down to your goal weight.
Best of luck!!

Thanks, one reason my bulk went pretty good (in my opinion), is that I was coming OFF many years of under eating so when I started eating 4000+ cals a day plus weights for the first time in 9yrs, my body responded, I am sure my second bulk next year will be a little tougher.
Never quit man, just keep at it and good luck to you with your training.

October 24, 2007 - Weight setting around 194
Here is a progress shot. The cut is going ok. I would have hoped for better progress so far however I had a week set back while traveling on business (living out of a hotel).
On the positive side though, weight is still slowly dropping, I have upped the cardio to help with that too and my strength continues to increase even during the cut.

I plan to post again in about two weeks (or as soon as I see noticable progress).

Wow man, your back has gotten much bigger. Maybe time for a change in how you change your chest somehow though, it doesn't look like it got the results your back did. Traps look like they could use a little extra attention also.
I'd call this a successful bulk though, good work, keep working hard.

November 16, 2007 - 199lbs
Well, long story short, I stopped my cut about two weeks back, it started as just a simple cheat day (excessive amounts of brown rice with each meal) and ended with me just quiting the cut. I am back to 199lbs. Plan to start the cut again when my wife starts her cut which is not until Feb. (depends on which bb show she decides on). I just can't cut wioth her eating carbs all day and bulking like a mad girl. So, I am back to bulking adn pretty happy about it. I have a shoulder injury at the moment I am going to have to work around for the next couple weeks. Here is me at 199lbs (again).
A couple different Back Double Bi shots:

Front relaxed:
I am at this point with my training where I just do not see alot of change anymore. I am at 203 down to 193, I still look basically the same, back up to 199 no change really. I need to blast past 215 lbs and really add some thickness to my upper body, specifically traps, chest, & arms. I am looking forward to that.

Good Job on your bulk. You don't have alot of bodyfat, you should keep bulking at least until the New Year. Great job!
