Crap, I've missed both these wheycheap deals on Intra! Oh well, maybe next time. I did enjoy the 1 tub I went though and it really seemed to refresh me quite a bit while working out. That was the Citrus flavor that GNC carries. Pretty tasty.

Tried the blue raz this afternoon. Best IAB flavor IMO. it can be a little sweet if there's not enough water, so I would shoot for about 32 oz/2 scoops of IAB. well done AEN, another winner!
