Anyone use Kre-Alkalyn?

I just bought some and it says use 2 pills before workout.

2 pills is only 1.5 g creatine...... should I use more or is this enough?

Body conditioning was the FIRST company to come out with this.
its good stuff from what i hear, we had alot of customers buy it, they got good results.

you take less cuz its absorbed better, its a buffered form of creatine. i forget all the details now as im not to into creatine capsules.

it is excellent (mostly in the new softgel format ) as alternative to plain monohydrate for those suffering from bloating, cramps, diarrhea etc.

i dont know anything about the product, but if it does have a higher absorbancy rate.. then yes you dont need as much. normal creatine mono has like.. 35-40% if i remember correctly.

so taking 1.5 g a day I will see results...... when? like 2 or 3 weeks. and then I only enjoy it for another week or two untill I have to get it again!

im considering buying some this weekend. Should you take it with juice because of the insulin spike,or is water ok?

my bottle, and the website AND BB.com said no insulin spike is needed! just pop in two pills before a workout and your set!

i just got some today for my bday. my mom said i can get whatever i want from the mall so of course i went to GNC, and treated myself to NO2 and Kre-Alkalyn. and a new protein tub hahahaha

what are the directions on your bottle?

I bought the powder and it said to take 1-2 grams in the morning and then again post workout. So if two pills=1.5 grams, I would guess to take 3-4 daily.

i take 2 pills prior to workout with water. I can notice a difference, def bulked up and its nice. Best of all its not like crap that powder is. Just swallow acouple pills. Ive been using it for a while now, and i have no reason to change. They say it absorbs better too.

u take 2 pills in the morning.... 2 pills after workout...on nonworkout days u take 2 pills in the morning and thats it....

its cheap, i bought 60 capsuls for like 14 dollars. a months supply.

i got mine today like i posted above.... 120 capsules for 35 bucks (gold card at GNC). Says as a dietary supplament take 2 capsuls daily, or 1 hour before your workout. They gave me a brochure about the product and here is the wbsite that was on the brochure...

seen that website. well tell me how it works because I won't start mine for another 2 weeks (gotta finish my NOW creatine mono and then will be gone on vacation for a week so won't be able to bring any.)
