I just bought some and it says use 2 pills before workout.
2 pills is only 1.5 g creatine...... should I use more or is this enough?

Body conditioning was the FIRST company to come out with this.
its good stuff from what i hear, we had alot of customers buy it, they got good results.
you take less cuz its absorbed better, its a buffered form of creatine. i forget all the details now as im not to into creatine capsules.

it is excellent (mostly in the new softgel format ) as alternative to plain monohydrate for those suffering from bloating, cramps, diarrhea etc.

i got mine today like i posted above.... 120 capsules for 35 bucks (gold card at GNC). Says as a dietary supplament take 2 capsuls daily, or 1 hour before your workout. They gave me a brochure about the product and here is the wbsite that was on the brochure...
