Goals:
1. To gain about 15 lbs. over the next couple of weeks
2. To increase my bench press, which has been the same for about 1.5 months
3. Gain at least ½ on my arms
4. Increase stamina and reduce time between sets since lately Ive had to cut my gym sessions short due to my summer job
Dosage:
Ill be taking Clout pre-workout, along with 5-6 g of Arginine-AKG. Ill also take it ~5 hours later, which will probably be right before I go to bed.
Diet:
Eating pretty much as much as I possibly can. Trying to eat lots of complex carbs and protein. I don't really have 5 or 6 set meals per day, more lik 4 plus 2 weight gainer shakes that I have post-workout and before I go to sleep. I'm getting about 1500 calories, 160 carbs, and 100 g of protein from the weight gainer alone. I'm also eating lots of oats per day, which I manage to sneak into my weight gainer shakes.
Training Split:
Day 1: Back / Biceps
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Shoulders / Triceps
So far this split has given me pretty good gains. Ive gained, over the past 2 months, about 20 lbs. while maintaining my bf % about the same.
I plan on keeping a log for as long as this bottle lasts. If Im seeing good results, Ill probably order another bottle and just keep the log going.

Day 1:
Just got my Clout today in the mail.
Took 1 scoop post-workout after having 2 scoops of IDS Smart Gainer. Tastes extremely bitter and almost tastes like armpits (not trying to be funny).

Day 2:
Just got back from the gym. Worked out my back and biceps today. Curlbar curls and high-rows both increased by 10 lbs. without sacrificing repetitions. Everything else pretty much stayed the same weight-wise. I did have an absolutely incredible pump today in the gym, but I don't know whether to associate that with the Clout or with the Arginine-AKG, since today I also upped the dosage of that from 5 g to 6 g. Overall, good first day on clout. I might have been able to increase the weight in more exercises if I had had my pre-workout weight gainer shake. But being that I went from work to the gym, I didn't get a chance to take it.
Just took my second serving of the day. I found it much easier to put down when I mix it with a solution that's 2 parts water, 1 part cherry gatorade. Just curious as to whether or not you guys have felt a slight burning sensation all over your face 5-10 minutes after having taken Clout.

Day 3:
Just woke up. Haven't taken my first dose of Clout yet. Today's my off day. Just wanted to post that my back is incredibly sore today, more sore than I have ever felt it before, especially my lats and traps. Tomorrow I workout chest. Can't wait to see how that goes.
Decided i'm going to workout chest today, since tomorrow I won't be able to workout. I'll post after the workout as to how it went.
Just measured my right bicep. 15.125" flexed, 14.5" cold. That's already an increase from a couple of days ago.
Worked out chest today. Overall good workout. Everything stayed the same, except dumbell presses went up 5 lbs. per side without sacrificing repetitions. Great pumps again today in the gym. Only side effect is that burning sensation I get ony my face that lasts for about 10 minutes after I have taken the Clout shake. Probably due to the Beta-Alanine. Workout may have been slightly better had I taken the Clout within an hour prior to working out. I was forced to take it 4 hours prior to working out today due to my job. Let's see if i'm as sore tomorrow morning as I was this morning.

Day 4:
Just woke up. I am more sore than usual, which I guess means Clout helped me push myself further than usual. Nothing else worth noting. I plan on doing some cardio later on today, so we'll if Clout has any effect on it. I actually have gained 2 lbs. and a couple of inches on my arms and chest since I first started taking Clout on 6/9. Not bad for 4 days. I'll post later as to how the cardio went.
Cardio went fine today. No real change in endurance from before I started taking Clout. A little better, though, than when I was taking monohydrate.
Played some basketball at around 6 p.m. (4-5 hours after having done cardio), and I felt slightly dehydrated. Didn't feel like myself.

Day 5:
Worked out legs today and did some cardio. Noticeable strength increase when squatting, but leg extensions/curls both stayed pretty much the same. Calves were a little stronger, too. Cardio today didn't go too well. I felt really tired and actually had to cut the basketball short. I have a feeling it may be due to the fact that i've been neglecting keeping myself hydrated due to my job. Tomorrow's plan: shoulders.

Day 6:
Just got back from an incredibly intense shoulder workout. The endurance was incredible. There were times, when doing over-head dumbell press, that I would literally hold the dumbell at the same spot, about half-way up, for 5-6 seconds and be able to actually complete that final rep. No real increase in weight today, but I did notice that doing the 8-9 reps I usually do were a lot easier (I didn't need my spotter's help today at all to get the 8-9 up). Tomorrow's plan: Back and Biceps.

Day 7:
Did back and biceps a couple of hours ago. Today was the day that I noticed the biggest increase in strength while on Clout. Pullovers, Sitting Rows, and Curlbar curls went through the roof. Curlbar curls went up 10 lbs., and pullovers and sitting rows both went up 20 lbs. each. Only negative over the past couple of days has been the 'runs' that I always get after my second serving of Clout.

Day 8:
Off day today. Only thing post-worthy is the fact that i've decided to change my diet a bit. Starting today I will only have 1 serving of my weight gainer per day. I feel that i've put on a little too much 'mass' during this bulk, and that having 2 servings at night (1 at ~7 p.m., 1 at ~9 p.m.) is pushing it. 190 carbs at night is a little too much, don't 'ya think?

Day 9:
Just worked out chest. Felt really strong today, especially on the machines. Flat Dumbell Press stayed the same weight, but went up 2-3 reps per set. Incline dumbell press stayed about the same. The machines (iso-wide chest + decline) went up a LOT. Iso-Wide Chest went up 30 lbs., and decline went up 15. Flies stayed the same today. I feel like i'm looking leaner, too. I'm thinking of adding some Sesathin to my diet, so please tell me whether or not I should.

Day 10:
Off day again today. Just ordered some Sesathin, Ephedrine HCL, and some Caffeine. I'm going to be taking the sesathin so I don't put on too much unwanted fat during this bulk. I'm going to be taking 25 mg of Ephedrine HCL, and 200 mg of Caffeine about 30 minutes prior to working out just for the energy, not for the fatloss. We'll see how it goes. It should be getting here some time this week (ordered from BN.com). Tomorrow: legs.

Day 11:
Just got back from an incredible leg workout. I usually don't post the amount of weight I do, but today I squatted 255 for 8 reps on my 4th set, which i've NEVER done before. Leg Extensions and Leg Curls stayed the same, but that's probably due to me squatting so damn much. As I stated yesterday, I'm going to start taking Sesathin to shed some unwanted poundage (dodgeball). I also ordered some E+C to stack with Arginine-AKG as a pre-workout energy boost. Feel free to give me any suggestions.
I also feel that my biceps are rock solid lately. While on mono, which I was on previous to Clout, my biceps felt soft. Now, without sacrificing size, my biceps are 15.5" but rock hard.

Day 12:
Worked out shoulders today. Military press went up to 125 for 5 reps (just like yesterday's squat, i've never been able to do this), and overhead dumbell presses went up a few reps (50 lb. dumbells for 6 reps). Overall good day in the gym, except I forgot to take the Arginine-AKG prior, but that didn't stop the pumps from coming. I should be receiving the E+C soon, so we'll see how that helps my workouts.

Day 13:
Just got back from a really intense back / bicep workout. Curl bar curls went up ~5 lbs., high rows went up 20 lbs. . Everything else stayed about the same. It's been about 20 minutes since I worked out my biceps and I'm still feeling insane pumps. Overall, really good day today in the gym.

Day 14:
Just got home from an okay chest workout. I felt really tired today, but even tired I felt really strong. Nothing went up today, but i'm pretty sure it was due to me feeling slightly under the weather. On a positive note, I got my Ephedrine HCL and Caffeine in the mail today (yippy!). Only problem is I don't know how the hell i'm going to measure 200 mg when 1/4 teaspoon is 760 mg. We'll see....

As I think I posted, I do think i'm looking a little leaner while on Clout. Yesterday I added Sesathin to my supplement arsenal, so we'll see how that goes.

Day 15:
Off day. Took first dose of ephedrine / caffeine. Incredible cardio endurance, and I only took 1/2 of the ephedrine pills (12.5 mg ingested).
Day 16:
Legs. Squatted only 225 today for 10 reps (best set), but today I maintained perfect form and almost sat on my calves each and every rep, meaning each rep was harder. Leg Extensions up to 155, leg curls up to 130. Overall, good day in the gym. I felt the e+c give me the extra energy while I was squatting.

I'd like to apologize for not updating the log as regularly as I used to, but last thursday I was involved in a car accident, which seems to be eating away at my free time. I'm going to start updating more frequently starting today.
Day 17:
Off-Day. Decided to stop the Sesathin since I think a full dosage 3x per day wasn't letting me go up in strength, and i'd rather just leave it for when I cut come August.
Day 18:
Shoulder day. Really good workout. Front Dumbell raises went up 5 lbs., and the overhead-press machine went up ~20 lbs. without sacrificing reps. I feel the ephedrine combined with the caffeine is really giving me that extra push, and not leaving me tired toward the end of my workout session.
Day 19:
Bicep day. Had incredible endurance. Never really done concentration curlbar curls, but I tried them today and I really liked them. Overall, no real change in weight, but I did have the endurance to do a couple more sets of each exercise. On a side note, a friend of mine who started Clout last thursday has responded incredibly to it. His bench press, which at the time he started Clout, was 180 lbs. (1 rep), was up to 190 lbs. twice today.

I just finished my second bottle. Sorry I didn't keep updating the log, but i'll tell you how i've changed from the time I started up until now (after finishing my second bottle):
Weight went up 15 lbs. (170 lbs. now)
Chest 42" (+4")
Arms 15 1/4" (+1/4" more defined)
Quads 27" (+3")
Bench +30 lbs. (maintaining same # of reps)
Curlbar curls +20 lbs. (maintaining same # of reps)
Squat +50 lbs. (maintaining same # of reps)
That's how i've changed over the past 50 days (2 bottles of clout). Overall i'm very pleased with my results. I've decided to try a month of Thunder / Nitro Evolution just to see how it compares to Clout. If it's good, maybe i'll go for another month. If not, then i'll get some more Clout.

I also forgot to post that I made one change in my diet. During the first bottle, I used IDS Smart Gainer, but during the second bottle I pretty much made my own weight gainer (50 g protein, 2-3 cups of oats).

Either Muscle Milk RTD or another shake identical to pre-workout shake

Ham (low sodium) and cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread)

Either Grilled Chicken or Steak (alternate daily) with yellow or brown rice
2nd serving of Clout
9:00 P.M.
Another Shake (same as pre/post-workout, but with less oats)

Looks good Mat. I am looking into getting some containers soon from a friend.
He told me it tastes bad, I guess I'll have to try it and see. What do you mix Clout in? I was thinking about water or a type of juice.
I will be taking two scoops a day I guess, I will have a 50 day supply if I get it.
I will keep a Log when I start if it and will make sure to stick with it. I like your Log, keep it up, you got my attention!

I would drink it with a mixture containing half gatorade (orange masks taste the best), and water. Give it a try. It's almost tolerable this way.

I mix it with water and chug it. taste great ok not really but pretty good for the results.
