ok i forgot how the rippetoes schulde works somebody please be nice enough to post it up i went ot the gym and did squat and military press
3sets of 10 for each but i have a feeling im forgeting something.

Quick question for everyone. I didnt really get onto this site untill i had gained a good 40 pounds of muslce, so i always figured that i was too far in to see any good results from ripptoe. But is it really too late after 40 years and now 60 pounds of muscle gain to see results?

Did you do very many compound lifts in your previous training? If not, then you could do Rippetoe's. If you have done compound exercises before there are Intermediate and even Advanced forms of Rippetoe's, based around the same principles.
